SquareTrade GO offers screen repairs to 3 different channels:
- Direct - this customer will book & pay for a repair on our website at squaretrade.com/go
- Retail - this customer will go into a retailer we have partnered with and a store associate and will sell a screen repair to the customer in their store and the repair will be scheduled like normal to be completed by a GO tech at the customers preferred location.
- Claims - this customer has purchased a protection plan through one of our retail partners or online and has filed a claim to have their broken screen repaired by a GO Tech.
Where Do I Find The Customer Type?
On the repair detail page, scroll all the way down to the bottom and the customer type will be listed under STORE INFO.
