You can access the SquareTrade GO Portal on a mobile device, tablet or computer.
The first step to getting repairs is to set your availability!
Our program is designed for customers to book a repair when it's convenient for them and for our technicians. Customers will only see available times based on the availability you & other technicians post in our system. This is why it's extremely important for all techs to keep their availability updated regularly to avoid a repair being scheduled when you are not available and to avoid any reschedules.
Appointments are set in 1-hour increments and the latest a customer can book a repair is from 7pm-8pm. These 1-hour increments are arrival windows for you & the customer to arrive to the appointment. We highly recommend you contact the customer before an appointment to confirm both of your arrival times.
We will block off-hour in-between each repair to give you ample amount of time to show up, complete the repair & get to your next appointment without jeopardizing the quality of the repair or feeling rushed. Customers can be flexible about earlier than scheduled arrival times, feel free to contact the customer directly if you're available before the scheduled appointment time.
To set your available hours:
- Click on PROFILE
- Click on the SCHEDULE Tab
- Click on EDIT
- Set the hours you will be available for each day and click SAVE.
Next, you need to tell us what zone or zones you want to cover!
Zones are one of the keys to being scheduled for service through the GO platform. We schedule based on what zones you have active, and the available hours you post. The more zones you select, the more repairs you can get!
The Zones were designed to ensure that the drive time to any appointment is limited to apx. 30-45 minutes end-to-end. Of course, there are always specific market conditions and traffic patterns so actual times may vary.
If you choose to cover more than one zone you will NOT be able to post different hours in each zone
To pick the zone or zones you want to cover
- Click on PROFILE
- Click on ZONES
- You will see a list of available zones for your area
- Click the + Sign next to the zone(s) you want to cover
- Click on the - sign to remove a zone
- Click on Update Zones to save your selection
NOTE: You are expected to cover a zone entirely if you have it selected and you will not be able to edit any zones.
